How We Work Through Every Service
Initial Enquiry
Bring the watch in or send photos. We listen to what you have noticed and what matters to you.
Assessment
We examine the watch and form a view of what it needs. For overhauls, this includes a written condition note.
Your Agreement
We share the proposed scope and cost. You decide what to proceed with. Work only begins with your confirmation.
Completion
Work is carried out and the watch returned in the agreed condition. We are available for follow-up questions.
Service 01
Strap & Bracelet Fitting
Sizing, link adjustment, and fitting of straps or bracelets so a watch sits comfortably and securely. A quick, careful service for those refreshing the feel of a favourite piece. Spring bars and fittings are checked as part of the work.

Service 02
Dial & Hands Refresh
Gentle cleaning and, where appropriate, sympathetic re-luming or hand replacement to bring clarity back to a tired face. Suited to owners who want improved legibility while keeping the watch's character. Options are shown before any changes are made.

- Lume condition assessed and options discussed
- Hand replacement where lume has fully degraded

Service 03
Complete Overhaul & Restoration
A full, staged overhaul covering movement, case, dial, and seals for pieces needing comprehensive care. Suited to long-held watches that deserve a considered return to good order. A written scope and condition report frame the whole project.

Every piece is stored in individual compartments when not actively on the bench. Nothing is left exposed.
Assessment Before Work
No service begins without a proper look at the piece. Findings are communicated to the owner first.
Timing Verification
Movement performance is checked on a timing machine after service to confirm regulation is within acceptable range.
Client Confidentiality
Details of your watch and personal information are not shared with third parties for any purpose.
Appropriate Parts Only
Replacement parts are appropriate to the calibre. Substitutions are not made without discussion and agreement.
Updates if Things Change
If something unexpected is found during work, we stop and consult before continuing. You are not left guessing.
