Strap & Bracelet Fitting
Sizing, link adjustment, and fitting of straps or bracelets so a watch sits comfortably and securely. Spring bars and fittings are checked as part of the work.

Dial & Hands Refresh

Frequently Asked
How do I know which service my watch needs?
Bring the watch in or send photos along with a short description of what you have noticed. We will assess it and explain what we find in plain terms, so you can decide how to proceed without any pressure to do more than you want.
How long does a complete overhaul take?
A full overhaul typically takes two to four weeks, depending on the watch and any parts that may need sourcing. We will give you an honest estimate at assessment and keep you updated if anything changes during the work.
Do you work on vintage or sentimental pieces?
Yes. We understand that older watches often carry personal significance. We approach them carefully and discuss all options — including what to leave unchanged — before doing anything that cannot be undone.
Can I see the condition report before deciding on a full overhaul?
Absolutely. The written scope and condition assessment is shared with you first. You can review what is proposed, ask questions, and confirm each element before work starts. There is no obligation to proceed with everything at once.
What are your prices and how is payment handled?
Prices start at ฿3,500 for strap fitting, ฿10,900 for a dial and hands refresh, and ฿32,700 for a complete overhaul. Payment is in Thai Baht. For larger projects, we are happy to discuss staging the work if that is more practical for you.
Do you offer any follow-up after the work is completed?
We are available for follow-up questions after collection. If you notice anything that concerns you within a reasonable period after the work, bring it back and we will look at it. We stand by what we do.
